Context
- Key figures: 600 employees, 14 countries, 100M+ USD yearly turnover in the world.
- Before: working on excel for every tasks related to master data, inventory, production. Used 3 different softwares for accounting, WMS, MES which created reporting issues and double-input in multiple departments.
Main Challenge
- Integration of Odoo enterprise with purchase, manufacturing, finance, human resources, sales, shipping, maintenance, machine integration (MES), CRM, WMS (to the level of barcode scanning for each operation), multi step subcontracting.
- Currently implementing Odoo into the other branches abroad (13 countries), including retail (shops) and headquarters (accounting consolidation).
Solution
